Upon reaching 100 Focus Pts, creates an Ice Storm that follows the character. When there are enemies inside the storm, consumes 45 Focus Pts every 0.5 s to generate Glacial Spikes that deal Spell Cold Damage to the enemies For every 1% Focus Speed, +1% Focus Pts gained, up to +200%. The Ice Storm ends when Focus Pts drop to 0.
