SS14 adjustments: - No longer grants Attack Speed to the supported skill. - No longer adds Physical Damage to the supported skill based on a percentage of missing Life. - For each 1% of missing Life, the supported skill now deals +0.5% more damage, up to +26% (Lv. 20).
